The Care Navigator will conduct data entry services into databases (including but not limited to the TREAT database and eShare), in accordance with departmental and funder policies. ACRIA is the global authority on HIV and aging. The ACRIA Center at GMHC implements programs and strategies focused on HIV and aging by providing capacity building to community-based organizations and direct services for older adults.
The Director, ACRIA Centers is responsible for overseeing and managing the work of ACRIA at GMHC department. Position Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the GMHC facility in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean and in always working order. Key duties include performing repairs and routine maintenance, overseeing cleaning, extermination and sanitization, taking a proactive, hands-on approach as needed. The Intake Specialist, TGNCNB Hub will assist with screening, intake sessions, and recruitment for the GMHC & Callen-Lorde/CDC Initiative as well as for the entire TGNCNB Hub dedicated to Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming and Non-Binary community members. The Managing Director, Housing will work directly under the supervision of the Vice President, Housing & Operations and provide direct supervision to the Supportive Housing Management Team to ensure quality Client services, contractual mandates, and service deliverables management. The Managing Director provides vision, oversight and leadership to a vast portfolio which includes Community Health Department, ACRIA Centers Department, as well as youth and prevention support services. Position Description: The Peer Health Educator provides support for HIV Prevention & Literacy: Older Adults (HLA) programs outreach and training efforts. The Program Evaluation Specialist provides capacity and support for supporting agency-wide data-driven management processes, research activities, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives. The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will support programs in identifying key quality and management indicators and creating monitoring processes. Position Description:
The Staff Attorney- Legal Immigration serves in a leadership position at the forefront of representation of low-income clients and/or those living with HIV. The role will assist GMHC clients in all matters related to immigration law including advising, application assistance and holistic representation to achieve clients’ goal through advocacy, representation before various tribunals/courts, and training. They will work closely with other attorneys and other legal staff to identify systemic legal problems and develop and implement measures to address them. Position Description:
The primary function of the Bi-Lingual Vocational Case Manager is to work with clients to ensure their smooth transition into the workplace.The vocational case manager will facilitate a portion of the job readiness training classes. The vocational case manager will be responsible for overseeing the data entry in GMHC’s data base as well as the data entry required sources. The vocational case manager will be responsible for meeting with the job developer, job readiness training instructor and other job readiness staff to ensure client’s success in securing and retaining employment.

Internships
Eligibility and Guidelines
GMHC internship opportunities are open to qualified individuals enrolled in an accredited academic institution. Since we are a nonprofit environment, our internships are unpaid, but we will support academic institution requirements for students by completing all paperwork required by the intern’s school or program.
Supervision
All interns will have direct supervision from a GMHC staff member. Our supervisors are committed to ensuring that interns have appropriate and clearly directed assignments that are related to the student academic program as well as being relevant to the day to day operations of the agency.
